This is how co-determination works
The involvement of parents/carers is legally regulated via the Participation Council (MR). Due to the organisation of Werenfridus as one of the schools under the common umbrella of Tabor College, this organisation is split into a joint Participation Council (GMR) and a partial council (DR). Read below for what that entails exactly.

Parent council

| Admission | By the Parents' Council at the request of parent(s)/carer(s) |
| Role: | Gathering, organising and structuring the ideas and wishes of parents/carers, bringing these to the attention of parent representatives in the GMR, LR and school management, supporting the GMR and LR, as well as activities initiated by school management, initiating activities to contribute to the well-being and development of pupils, providing information to parents. |
