Smartphone and iPad policy

Mobile phones are not allowed in the classroom unless they are used for educational purposes during lessons. It is up to the schools themselves to agree on the exact rules regarding this with teachers, parents and pupils, so that everyone in the school knows precisely what is and isn't permitted.

What rules do we follow at Werenfridus?

From the 2024–2025 academic year, we will be implementing the ‘at home or in the locker’ principle for mobile phones. As of the 2025–2026 academic year, the iPad may also only be used for school-related activities.
