Guidance for the Somtoday Privacy Module

In Somtoday, you and your parent(s)/carer(s) can together set what we are allowed to do with your personal data and photos. We use that information for when a journalist visits or when we're looking for a photo for the website, social media or our printed materials. This also applies to the videos we make. Until you're 16, your parent(s)/carer(s) are ultimately responsible for giving permission. As soon as you turn 16, you can decide this yourself.

Permission to use your personal data, photos and videos is switched off by default. So if you like to see yourself appearing from time to time, you can switch on the permission yourself. You can read exactly how this works in the manual below.
