Online lessons via Google Meet

At Tabor College, we use Google Meet for online lessons. We do this, for example, when it is not safe to come to school due to the weather.

You can also use Google Meet to discuss things with classmates when you're not together. Google Meet works on all computers and mobile devices, so you can log in anytime and anywhere.

Hoe werkt het?

When we switch to online education, we will work according to the regular timetable.

You will find the link to the relevant teacher's Google Meet in the study guide or with the homework in Somtoday. It is also possible that your teacher will send you an invitation to join a Google Meet. Such an invitation looks like this:

Click on “Join via Google Meet”.

Appointments for online lessons

Once you are in the session, click on “mute microphone” via the icon below. Listen to the lecturer and only turn on your microphone when requested.

Your presence is mandatory and we expect you to be clearly visible on camera during the online lessons.

Tip! Make sure you have headphones or earphones so you can hear the lecturer and your classmates clearly.
